Ashfak Abdul Majid Ranani was born and brought up in a renowned business family in Jalgaon, a city in Maharashtra, India- with a strong tradition of trading. Alongside his schooling, he also learnt the basics of business. During junior college, he handled the operations of the family-owned processing plant and its administrative activities in Jalgaon. His enthusiasm led him to acquire in-depth knowledge of the food processing industry.
PANWALA MOHAMED FAROOQUE

Mr. Panwala Mohamed Farooque is a veteran of the spices and food industry possessing extensive knowledge and experience in the sales and distribution of a variety of spices and seeds. He has over 20+ years of experience across multiple geographies. Prior to moving to the UAE and joining the group, he has worked in India, primarily in the FMCG sector. He was instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing sales goals and objectives, and providing guidance and support to the sales team. Under his leadership, the company was able into expand to new regions and successfully add new product lines.
SAJEETHA BADARUDEEN FCA
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Sajeetha is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Forensic Auditor- from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She has 20 years of experience in finance across different high-performing companies.
Further, Ms. Sajeetha specializes in managing operational and financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, cost reduction, profitability transformation initiatives, financial currency transaction risk, and consolidation at a group level. This relevant experience and skill set enhances the financial operations both effectively and efficiently across all entities in different regions.
